No se trata de educadores solitarios o individuales. Sin comunidad educadora, en cualquiera de sus formas, no es posible esta orientaci\u00f3n educativa.<\/p><p>Esas comunidades est\u00e1n formadas por diversidad de integrantes que interact\u00faan entre s\u00ed.<\/p><p>Entre otros, est\u00e1n los docentes o educadores, con responsabilidades diferenciadas y que tienen que estar consustanciados y comprometidos con esta manera de vivir. No se puede formar para el Buen Vivir como si se tratara de un mero contenido curricular. Los educadores para el Buen Vivir, sean docentes formales o no formales, tienen un perfil particular dentro de estas comunidades educadoras, que podemos delinear con los siguientes rasgos:<\/p><p>Son animadores socioeducativos. Son quienes generan conciencia social en la comunidad; quienes recuperan cr\u00edticamente los saberes locales y facilitan la apropiaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y experiencias \u00fatiles para el desarrollo del medio. Promueven la construcci\u00f3n de conocimientos, ense\u00f1an a aprender. Se involucran en la tarea de construcci\u00f3n de base. Consideran que los espacios de aprendizaje van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los \u00e1mbitos formales: realizan visitas, reuniones y gestionan espacios informales. Valorizan la existencia y potencialidad de otros espacios educativos no escolares. Favorecen el desarrollo, ofreciendo herramientas simb\u00f3licas y diferente tipo de interacciones.<br \/>Son personas sensibles y cercanas. Promueven una matriz vincular afectiva, actitudes solidarias y participativas. Dialogan y tienen capacidad de escucha. Son personas cercanas. Ayudan a descubrir las riquezas y cualidades personales, resalt\u00e1ndolas con estima y respeto, con sinceridad. Rescatan lo positivo y lo explicitan. Ayudan a reconstruir, reparar y resignificar identidades y auto-im\u00e1genes. Valorizan palabras y acciones de los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes. Son sensibles a la injusticia. Comparten emociones, vivencian el dolor ajeno como propio, intentan compensar y contener. Tienen iniciativa, creatividad y autonom\u00eda. Son flexibles, tienen una mentalidad abierta. Pueden descentrarse, tienen posibilidad de entrar y salir del lugar del referente. Comparten y ceden protagonismo. Son personas s\u00f3lidas y arm\u00f3nicas, coherentes en su discurso y su acci\u00f3n. Enfrentan conflictos, socializan dificultades. Sus valores son: solidaridad, responsabilidad, tolerancia y perseverancia. Ayudan a recuperar la esperanza, el futuro y la dignidad personal.<br \/>Son personas reconocidas por la comunidad en la que educan. Tienen buena relaci\u00f3n con los miembros de la comunidad y son respetados por ellos. Se relacionan con las culturas locales. Buscan c\u00f3digos y formas adecuadas de relaci\u00f3n con el contexto local. Comprenden su contexto y sus realidades familiares, porque los conocen. Respetan las diferentes culturas. Desarrollan la capacidad de ver, escuchar, comprender la cotidianidad del otro que es diferente. Est\u00e1n abiertos a la diversidad.<br \/>Son auto-cr\u00edticos y con actitud de vigilancia epistemol\u00f3gica. Tienen capacidad reflexiva. Construyen espacios de discusi\u00f3n y vigilancia epistemol\u00f3gica, sometiendo a cr\u00edtica las acciones y las lecturas que hace de los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes y sus familias, para no caer en idealizaciones, justificaciones, reproducciones de pr\u00e1cticas paternalistas, etc. Priorizan los espacios de reflexi\u00f3n en com\u00fan. Buscan comprender la complejidad de la realidad social local. Acompa\u00f1an y apoyan las iniciativas que est\u00e1 llevando adelante la comunidad. Est\u00e1n involucrados con el futuro de los ni\u00f1os. Conf\u00edan en que los proyectos educativos pueden crear las condiciones necesarias para el aprendizaje. Promueven el rol de los dirigentes elegidos democr\u00e1ticamente en la comunidad. Buscan trabajar participativamente y en equipo. Trabajan en red, registran otros escenarios de acci\u00f3n, con la comunidad. Tienen voluntad de transformar. Pueden trascender su formaci\u00f3n unidisciplinar y el aislamiento profesional. Aceptan determinados riesgos en funci\u00f3n del proyecto colectivo. Pueden animar grupos de aprendizaje. Ayudan a lograr una experiencia de grupo y de comunicaci\u00f3n.<br \/>Son educadores con habilidades para la planificaci\u00f3n participativa.
